Big Top Chautauqua Donation Request Form for Non-Profit Organizations

Every season, Big Top donates tickets to various community-focused organizations for use in charity auctions and other fundraisers. If you'd like to be considered for a donation, please complete the form below. ​There's a few simple questions that help us sort through the many requests we receive each season, and match them up with our organization's mission.
All questions are required for consideration. Your application will be reviewed, and we will respond within 10 days if approved.
