ACCESSIBILITY AT BIG TOP
We value each and every patron and we understand the importance of personal comfort and convenience while attending performances at our venues. Big Top Chautauqua provides a range of accommodations for patrons with disabilities to ensure their safety, comfort, and enjoyment of our events and facilities.
ACCESSIBLE SEATING
Accessible seating is available for every public event at the Big Top Chautauqua tent venue. Accessible seating is located in Row D and Row J in the front left section under the tent and is reserved exclusively for patrons with accessible needs and their companions.
Patrons purchasing accessible seating may purchase one (1) accessible seat and one (1) companion seat adjacent to the accessible seat. Depending upon availability, seats for additional guests will be located as close as possible to the accessible space. This policy ensures that we are able to accommodate all those that need accessible seating. We encourage anyone with any special accommodation requests to purchase an ADA ticket and let us know in advance of the show date how we can assist.

- In person at the Big Top Chautauqua Box Office, or at the venue gate depending on availability.
- Over the phone via the Big Top Chautauqua Box Office Line at 715-373-5552.

ACCESSIBLE PARKING & CART ASSISTANCE
Please notify a member of our ticket gate staff that you require access in the accessible parking section before entering the venue lot, so that staff may notify a parking attendant. The attendant will direct you to accessible parking onsite closer to the tent.
Please be aware that the parking area and areas surrounding the tent are on gravel terrain. If you have concerns about mobility or are in need of assistance, please notify a member of our ticket gate staff or a parking attendant to request cart assistance from the parking area up to the tent. Space on the cart is limited, and only the individual needing assistance may be guaranteed a ride on the cart. You may have to meet the rest of your party at your seating location. After the show has ended, please notify one of the house manager or other venue personnel to request cart assistance back to the parking lot.

SERVICE ANIMALS
Pets are not permitted at any events at Big Top Chautauqua venues. Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not considered service animals as defined by the ADA guidelines, and thus are not permitted at any Big Top venues.
Trained service animals are permitted at The Backstage and the Big Top Chautauqua Tent Venue. Service animals must be restrained and remain with their owners at all times. If a service animal interferes with other guests, corrective action may include re-arranging seating or removal of the service animal from the venue.
