Bringing a group up to the Big Top? Sponsoring a show? Schedule a picnic under the Little Top, on the deck, or in the Spirit Cottage before the show. Ashwabay is pleased to offer a variety of snacks, appetizers, and picnic entrees, as well as the staff to serve them while you relax.
We love hosting groups at the Big Top, and whether you’ve got a tour bus, or just want to bring a half a dozen from your office to unwind at the end of the day, we’re here to help make your night at the Big Top the best it can be. We are happy to provide any of our regular items, but we also offer some special options for groups who wish to pre-order.

Food & Beverage Policies
- No carry-ins or tailgating: Outside food or beverage on the grounds or the parking lots is strictly prohibited. Thank you for your respect.
- Ashwabay works to prevent underage drinking. Please expect to show identification for all purchases of alcoholic beverages. During large or particularly busy shows, you may be asked to wear a wristband to improve the speed of our service.
- Please note that all pricing is subject to change without notice, and all products are subject to availability, as many are season-dependent. Please contact Mt Ashwabay with any questions.
Parking
Parking is available on site free of charge. Our parking lot opens for events two hours prior to show time. Our Volunteers will help guide you to a parking space after entering the grounds. For bigger headliner and touring shows, we recommend arriving early to avoid traffic and ensure you have plenty of time to get through the ticket gate.
Overnight parking is not permitted. The venue grounds will be closed following the end of each show.

Merchandise Tent
Our merchandise is located between concessions and the tent. Artist merchandise is available for sale during every show along with venue merchandise. The merchandise tent opens two hours prior to show time and will remain open until the end of each show.
