An Unforgettable Tribute to Nat King Cole

The show stars award-winning vocalist Maurice Jacox, supported by a big band of talented instrumentalists and vocalists. The instrumental ensemble recreates the full spectrum of Nat King Cole’s group sound, from jazz trio to big band, treating the audience to Cole’s beloved hits including “Route 66,” “Ramblin’ Rose,” “Mona Lisa,” “Unforgettable” and many more. The production evokes the mood of the era with a vintage 1950s baby grand piano and furniture and costumes of the time and features pianist Bob Pontious. The band and back-up singers will be joined by Randy Lee of the Randy Lee Orchestra (recall our fabulous Mills Bros. evening in 2006) on sax as well as a string quartet.
