Eating before, during, or after a performance is not a problem at Lake Superior Big Top Chautauqua. Mt. Ashwabay provides several food and beverage options including locally grown fruits and vegetables, fresh fish, and a fully stocked bar with local brews and wines. While at the tent, visitors may also browse in the Big Top Gift Shop. The Gift Shop has wonderful merchandise including hats, shirts, mugs, blankets, music and more. Friday Night Fish Boil A generous portion of fresh whitefish, boiled and seasoned. Also includes new (red) potatoes, cole slaw, and roll. $12 per person Saturday Night Special Choice of either delicious ribs or tender lemon-seasoned chicken, and on alternate Saturdays, barbequed chicken. Also includes two of the following: baked potato, potato salad, cole slaw, sweet corn on the cob, sliced, garden fresh cucumbers or tomatoes and a roll. Chicken - $10 per person Ribs - $13 per person

Everyday Menu Short order items: hamburgers, cheeseburgers, hot dogs, bratwurst, California burgers, chicken breast sandwiches, salads and wraps potato chips, candy bars, and ice cream bars. We also offer special items each day (i.e. wild rice, salads, beer-beef sandwiches, etc.) Beverages: coffee, hot chocolate, cappuccino, lemonade, sparkling mineral water, beer (on-tap and bottled), cocktails, and locally pressed apple cider.

Dessert Ice Cream Sundaes with chocolate or locally grown berries (strawberries or raspberries depending upon what is in season). Chocolate Sundaes - $3.50 per person Berry Sundaes - $4.00 per person
